Ayrshire gymnastics recreational gymnastics sessions for children of age primary 4+ Children learn the fundamental skills essential for balance, movement and coordination through warm up games, stretches, equipment and partnership work. Our recreational programme uses the British gymnastics awards system 'Rise' to plan, assess and help the children progress at their level. Our recreational gymnastics programme has been running since 2006 with our lead coaches having over 20 years experience as primary teachers working at all stages of development.
